Astonishing! I love watching this band live. They're brave enough to take a thing and go with it. Their best work is blistering and found here. Megan's guitar work is wonderfully nasty, Jemma conjures electrifying beats and atmospheres, and Lara's sax laments, rejoices, attacks. This album captures the unique qualities of their sound, contrasting and combining melancholic space pieces with aggressive, industrial, face-melting stomps. martin corey
